GerProp has significant achievements in the field of property management and commercialization of office and retail space.
- in March 2010 we took over, as GerProp the property management for the office building Warsaw Corporate Center and since that time we managed to substantially improve the quality of the building;
- in February 2013 GerProp took over leasing activities of office space with the vacancy rate of almost 50%;
- during 18-month period we were able to reduce the vacancy level in a significant way acquiring 15 new Tenants;
